2021 MSU Senior Juried Artwork & Layout Exhibition’ opens March 31

Morehead State’s annual senior art show, “All the things Deemed: MSU Senior Juried Art and Structure Exhibition,” will be on display March 31-April 16 at the Golding-Yang Gallery in Morehead State’s Claypool-Youthful Artwork Building.  

Owing to COVID-19 constraints, there will be no opening reception for the function, but it will be open up to the general public Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The show will feature the work of 29 senior art and design students who will be graduating in May perhaps or December.   

For this year’s exhibition, jurors will be Adam Yungbluth, MSU going to assistant professor of art and design, and Melissa Yungbluth, director of the Golding-Yang Gallery and instructor of artwork and style. Awards will be specified for 1st, next, and 3rd location and most effective in exhibit. Various honorable mentions will also be awarded.  

Melissa Yungbluth will announce the winners Wednesday, March 31, at 7 p.m. by way of WebEx. She will also give a going for walks tour of the exhibit. She claimed viewing the exhibition will allow for persons to see emerging artists’ get the job done at a pivotal stage in their careers.
