
Art Heart Sarasota’s 2021 exhibition year proceeds with “Here Comes the Sunshine,” a juried exhibition showcasing regional artists from July 23 to Aug. 20.

The juror is Tampa-based mostly artist Savannah Magnolia, who won the Kennedy Center’s 2020 VSA Emerging Artists Award. Magnolia graduated from Ringling School of Art and Design.
“By staging this exhibition in the summer months, we’re ready to build cultural options for visitors and year-spherical people all through a time when there are fewer arts and cultural gatherings happening in our area,” explained Andrew Extended, Art Middle Sarasota’s exhibition coordinator.
Artists may submit up to three performs for jurying. All acknowledged work will be on exhibit and for sale at the middle, 707 N. Tamiami Path, Sarasota.
Profitable artists obtain $800 for initially prize $600 for 2nd $400 for third $100 for merit awards and $50 for special recognitions.
“Here Comes the Sun” is funded in part by Sarasota County Vacationer Development Tax revenues, the Florida Division of Condition Division of Cultural Affairs, Arts Axis Florida, Local community Foundation of Sarasota County, The Patterson Basis, The Isermann Loved ones Foundation, Arts and Cultural Alliance of Sarasota County and Art & Body of Sarasota.
