Great FALLS — Bass Clef School of Songs & Fine Arts will host a ilent auction on Friday and Saturday, that includes the get the job done of about 15 artwork college students.
There are virtually 70 parts of artwork at the moment on display that will be up for bids.
The clearly show will also characteristic a number of pieces to bid on, donated by artists.
This marks the 2nd year for the auction. In 2020, there had been about 30 parts up for bids.
Marcy Kilpatrick, the school’s artwork director, states the clearly show is a wonderful way for college students to specific themselves: “We also are attempting to assistance these students essentially get the experience of what it would be to be a professional artist to market a piece of art and know that they have achieved a thing. It puts a little pocket cash in their arms and at thew very same time it aids us operate our art program in which children can just arrive in without having to have all these artwork materials, we can present them for them.”
Proceeds from the auction will be split involving the students and the college.
The auction operates Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m, and and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Instances Sq. Making at 525 Central Avenue.
Refreshments and tunes will be provided. For individuals who are unable to make it to the auction, pieces will continue to be on show afterwards for bids or full value.
