PLATTSBURGH — The City of Plattsburgh held its dedication of the Betty Little Arts Park on Saturday, formally opening the a lot more than $1 million greenback Downtown Revitalization Initiative undertaking.
The park’s namesake, former Condition Sen. Betty Tiny, was in attendance, together with town, city and point out reps.
