The Artwork Guild of Port Washington invitations artists, higher faculty and older, to post artworks in consideration for Temper and Ambiance, a juried levels of competition and exhibition.
By way of the use of coloration, worth, composition, symbolism, and software, artists create an ambiance or mood that can evoke an psychological reaction from the viewer.
We invite you to submit original operate that elicits a feeling of playfulness, joy, quiet, unhappiness, anger, spaciousness, anxiousness, peacefulness, electrical power, nostalgia or some other sensation- the prospects are countless.
All types from non-objective to abstracted realism are welcome. The deadline to submit artwork for consideration is Monday, August 2 at midnight. The exhibition will be on check out from Sept. 2-Sept. 25.
The artists awards and reception will be hosted on Thursday, Sept. 2, from 6-8 PM at The Artwork Guild. We welcome all artists and group customers to sign up for us at our awards and reception to view the exhibition.
