Josh Humiston,  a Associate and Senior Vice President of Songs at
APA, died March 3 right after struggling a stroke at age 48, the agency
declared.

He was the 1st agent at APA to rise from the mailroom to&#13
Associate in the agency’s 59-yr historical past and represented artists like Andrew&#13
McMahon in the Wilderness, Dionne Warwick, Smokey Robinson, Judas Priest, Skillet&#13
and Everclear, between numerous other people.

“All of us are devastated for the loss of our pricey pal,&#13
colleague and Companion, Josh Humiston,” APA CEO Jim Gosnell stated in creating the&#13
announcement. “Our hearts go out to his beloved spouse, Jaime, their two&#13
daughters, Isabella and Juliana, and the complete Humiston family. 

“Josh was a one of a kind and outstanding agent who was fiercely&#13
passionate and faithful to his shoppers and this enterprise for 26 a long time.  A&#13
considerably-cherished member of our APA family members, he wore his heart on his sleeve and would&#13
combat equally as difficult for his customers as he did his colleagues.  He will&#13

passion, loyalty and devotion for family (specially his two daughters),&#13
mates, colleagues and customers, many of whom fondly characterized him as ‘a&#13
drive of nature,’ Humiston was born on March 18, 1972 in Santa Monica,&#13
CA.  Immediately after graduating from Beverly Hills High College, he attended Boston&#13
University, a personal analysis university in Boston, MA, the place he gained a&#13
Bachelor of Science degree.  Humiston commenced his enjoyment occupation&#13
doing the job in the mailroom at APA in 1995.  He was promoted to VP of Live shows&#13

Humiston is survived by his spouse, Jaime Kelsall Humiston daughters&#13

nieces Mila and Rachel Humiston.  He is predeceased by his maternal&#13
grandparents, Ed and Doris Gamson.

Because of COVID-19 limitations, a funeral for instant&#13
loved ones will take location Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Hillside Memorial Park, with a&#13
celebration of his lifestyle to be scheduled for a later date.  In lieu of&#13
bouquets, the spouse and children requests that memorial donations be designed to Josh’s beloved&#13
individual charity, Andrew McMahon’s Dear Jack Foundation, benefiting&#13
adolescents and youthful grown ups identified with most cancers in purchase to make improvements to high-quality&#13
