Works from 9 2022 graduates of the Learn of Good Artwork program at Maine School of Art & Style in Portland will be on screen commencing Friday at the school’s Institute for Modern Art on Congress Avenue.
The exhibit, which is no cost to visitors, runs via June 17, and the institute is open up from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday via Sunday, and till 7 p.m. on Thursdays.
The artists whose perform will be showcased are: Kadie Annice, Anna Cowley Ford, Nicholas Goodhue, Andrea Jacobs, Thao Kieu, Michelle Lassaline, Johab Silva, Allie Wittman and Jordan Wood.
The pieces include a wide variety of media, together with drawing, movie, sculpture, printmaking, photography, painting and a lot more.
Maine Higher education of Artwork & Design’s graduate system enables students to choose total residency, wherever they transfer to Portland and have 24/7 access to services, or lower residency, which combines shorter intensive intervals of on-campus instruction with the independence to do the job from a property place.
