Photographer catches spirit of Banglatown in Lawrence Road show | Issues to do

Jordan Morrow explores the globe with her lens, capturing times and details of her surroundings. After a current session in Hamtramck’s Banglatown, she knew she couldn’t opt for just just one of her photographs to explain to the neighborhood’s story, so she blended them as a blended-media collage, termed “Bits and Items.”

“When I photographed these photos, I was overcome with pleasure for the reason that there was so a great deal to see, so lots of smaller specifics, and so quite a few awesome items to photograph. I wished to display screen them collectively in some way and showcase how interesting this element of the neighborhood was although still providing it a personal, exclusive-to-me twist.”
