TORONTO, CANADA- Photographic artist Andreas Rutkauskas is the winner of the second annual Prefix Prize. About Andreas Rutkauskas

An award-profitable photographic artist, Andreas Rutkauskas holds a BFA from the College of Manitoba (Winnipeg) and an MFA in Photography from Concordia College (Montréal).
