ANN ARBOR, MI — Immediately after becoming closed for the past 14 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Ark live performance venue in downtown Ann Arbor is making designs to reopen its doorways.
But before it does, it is teaming up with the Ann Arbor Summer season Pageant to host an outside sequence of live shows at Fuller Park on June 25-26, such as performances by neighborhood blues rocker Laith Al-Saadi, The War and Treaty and Kishi Bashi.
It’s a fundraiser for The Ark and Summer season Pageant. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, May perhaps 21.
“These joint fundraising situations bring live in-individual tunes back again to Ann Arbor at extended past,” the party promo states.
Marianne James, The Ark executive director, explained these will be the venue’s very first in-individual shows due to the fact the pandemic hit.
