‘The Counter at Perini’s’
Hurtt’s “The Counter at Perinis” is a pen and ink piece. This is a very intricate, black and white piece of two older male topics doing the job behind the counter serving shoppers at Perini’s, a deli store in Italy.
“I basically took the photo that motivated my drawing whilst my mother and I ended up on vacation in Italy. 2022 Scholastic Art & Creating Awards
