Seven college students from East Islip Higher College, all associates of the Nationwide Artwork Honor Society, have been acknowledged in the annual Scholastic Artwork & Composing Awards.
Brianna Li was awarded three Gold Keys, 4 Silver Keys and an honorable mention for her operate “I Mattered, Voice Listened to,” and Julian Covarrubias received a Silver Crucial in pictures for “Start of a New Era.” Also earning honorable mention had been Jillian Bradley in electronic art for “Inquiring Too Significantly of Myself,” Robert Camlet in electronic art for “Surreal Self-Portrait,” Nathaly Molina in images for “No Escape,” Mia Oquendo in drawing and illustration for “Allegorical Even now Lifetime” and Sarah Piccinini in art portfolio for “The Cycle of Daily life.”
