Fairfield-Suisun Visible Arts Association preps to settle for juried art exhibit entries

FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield-Suisun Metropolis Visible Arts Affiliation will accept entries into the 58th Annual Nor-Cal Regional Juried Artwork Exhibit from Sept. 24 by way of Oct. 23.

The present will operate from Nov. 5 by means of Jan. 8.

Artists from all over Northern California are invited to enter and will submit their artwork at a link at www.fvaa-arts.org/juriedartshow.

Artwork will be approved in 14 different classes: Acrylic, Oil, Watercolor, Coloration Images, Glass, Ceramic Vessel, Black and White Photography, Electronic Art, Combined Media and Collage, Material Art and Textiles, Pastel and Drawing, Printmaking, Sculpture and Assemblage, and Jewelry.

Artists could get to start with, second or third position in each and every group.

Other awards will be Jurors’ Decision and at the close of the demonstrate, the People’s Selection award. The winner of the People’s Option award will be invited to have the profitable piece shown at the Solano Town Middle Gallery all through the upcoming display, “Sea, Wind, Storms, and Fog.”

All entrants will be carried out online by www.EntryThingy.com. Artists will be needed to make a profile with EntryThingy right before entering.

The artwork will be judged Oct. 30. Artists will be notified by electronic mail the very same day.

A virtual awards ceremony will consider area Nov. 13.

Recognized artwork will have to be hand-shipped from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 1 at the Solano Town Middle Gallery, 1350 Travis Blvd, Suite D-8, situated on the 2nd flooring.

Artwork will also be out there to be seen as a digital exhibit on the internet at www.fvaa-arts.org/quarantine-gallery.

The Solano City Middle Gallery will be closed Oct. 31 and reopen Nov. 5. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday as a result of Sunday.

People to the gallery are needed to don a mask.
