A Farmington pupil seems to have won the Director’s Selection award, as Missouri State Parks just lately introduced the winners of its virtual youth artwork contest, Earth Day Artwork in Missouri Point out Parks. To celebrate Earth Day this 12 months, Missouri State Parks sponsored a digital art contest during the month of April for youth pre-K by 12th quality.

More than 200 young artists submitted artwork, ranging in age from 2 to 14 decades old. The artwork submissions comprised a wide range of media, such as finger paintings, pictures, pencil sketches, watercolors, Lego sculptures and digital art. A panel of Missouri Point out Parks judges had the fun, but tough, undertaking of deciding upon the 1st, second and third location winners and two honorable mentions in four age types.
